This is the legal contract between you and RevYou.com that applies to your use of anything related to revyou.com services, including RevYou’s websites, email, content, and related services (RevYou’s Services).

 

RevYou FZ-LLC is the company that provides and operates the RevYou.com platform. We refer to ourselves here as “RevYou” as this is the name of the service the majority of our users know us by.

 

Please read our terms of service carefully if you’re a RevYou user. By signing in, or using any of the RevYou services, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

 

You own the content you publish

When you write a review, post a comment or image on RevYou, you own that content. RevYou does not claim any ownership of your content.

 

By agreeing to our terms of service, you are giving us permissions to use your content to provide our services (displaying, distributing, and storing your content). And also you are giving permission for other users (RevYou users and Internet users) to view and share your content to other online services or websites.

These permissions continue even if you stop using or delete your RevYou account.

Also, we can use your content on other websites, services or social networks to promote our platform or the content itself.

The content you post on RevYou (review articles, photos, URLs or links, and YouTube video embed) are yours. And you must have all the required rights to post them.

If we came to know or suspect by any means there is a copyright violation caused by your content. We have the right to delete the content and terminate your account.

 

We do not sell any products of any kind, some writers may include a product price in their reviews. This should only be considered a part of reviewing the product and not an official product price and we are not responsible for such information.

 

We retain copyright on RevYou’s logo, design, and look and feel.

Deleting your content and/or terminating your account

We have the right at any time to delete your content, and/or disable, change, terminate your account for violating our terms of service or even for any reason that we may find unacceptable for us, for our users, or for the Internet community. 

Protecting your privacy

Please check our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to RevYou collecting and using information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Other rules of our platform

• We are determined to create valuable resources for the community. Please be civil, and respectful in your posts and replies.
• Content must be valuable to the community and the review should not be biased or misleading.
• Do not use RevYou.com to engage in unlawful activity or to promote any illegal act.
• We do not tolerate content that attacks or disparages an individual or group based on race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity, political group, sexual orientation or another similar characteristic. 

• Do not use Revyou.com to post untargeted promotional or commercial content or content that solicits others for personal or financial gain.
• Do not contribute viruses, malware, and other malicious programs or engage in activity that harms or interferes with the operation of RevYou.

If you see something on RevYou that you believe violates our guidelines or policies, please report it to us through [email protected]  Violations may result in limiting or terminating a user’s access to RevYou.

Changes our terms of service

Whenever we make a change in our terms of service, we will make sure to notify you through mail.
